Project Coordinator Intern

Position Summary: The Project Coordinator Intern will assist in the execution of project plans by supporting senior project coordinators or managers. This role involves maintaining project documentation, tracking deadlines, and communicating with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans using project management tools.
- Track project progress and update project documentation.
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Help coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Support the project manager in managing project risks and issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Previous experience in project management or coordination role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
The pay for this internship is $21.00 per hour.
