Business Solutions & Data Analytics Intern
The Business Solutions & Data Analytics Intern will support the newly established BSDA team in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience working with modern data tools and technologies including Power BI, SQL, Python, and emerging AI applications.
The ideal candidate is highly curious, analytical, and excited to learn, with a strong foundation in data and programming.
This internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to real-world business problems and offers the potential for future growth within the organization for high-performing candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver insights to business stakeholders
- Assist in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems
- Utilize Python (or similar tools) to perform data analysis, automation, and data preparation tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python and SQL required;
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high levels of data accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in a business environment, including AI-related tools

COMPENSATION:

Co-Pack Planning Intern
Position Summary
The Co-pack Planning Intern will support the Supply Chain team by assisting with production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination for co-pack operations, with a primary focus on across multiple co-pack manufacturing partners and regions. This role provides hands-on experience in global supply chain operations and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
The intern will initially provide backup support for day-to-day co-pack planning activities and, over time, develop the capability to independently manage aspects of the planning process. This role is designed to strengthen operational support while building succession and coverage for a critical business function.
This internship may be eligible for consideration as a full-time position upon successful completion, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day co-pack planning activities, including production scheduling and inventory tracking
- Assist with coordinating supply requirements based on demand forecasts
- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels and production coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and help identify potential supply risks or gaps
- Provide backup support for existing planning responsibilities currently managed by team members
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to co-pack operations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy
- Support cross-functional communication to align production priorities and timelines
Required Qualifications

Senior Systems Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

- In-depth endpoint management, enforcing security, software and sustainment policies for Windows, iOS, and Android Intune enrolled devices
- Administer enterprise IdP platforms, predominantly Microsoft Entra ID, handling user provisioning, group and role assignments, conditional access, and identity security controls to support SSO, MFA, and compliance requirements
- Provide operational support and continuous optimization of on-prem and cloud network, server, and storage technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available services
Serve as upper-tier escalation resource to help desk teams, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Provide administration and performance optimization of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL, Enterprise Applications, Universal Print, Recovery Services Vaults, and global Azure network load balancing
- Work with application teams to secure and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Work with application vendors to configure SSO (SAML/OIDC), including certificate lifecycle management and renewals
- Provide networking and wireless assessments for optimization, ensure connections are secure and provide a seamless login experience for all devices including IoT, PLC, guest, and corporate assets
- Collaborate with site staff, project teams, as well as vendors, to implement changes to existing systems, and newly deployed systems for the business
- Craft PowerShell scripts for bulk operations and continuously automate repetitive operations
- Administer and fine‑tune cybersecurity platforms to enable rapid threat detection, investigation, and remediation across the environment
- Up to 10% of required travel to several US and International facilities for site hardware rollouts and assessments
- Patching and proactive maintenance, including after‑hours support and on‑call rotations as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 7 years of in-depth, hands-on experience in cloud, server, and advanced network administration. Any recent cloud or network certifications are preferred.
- Extensive experience creating policies and configuration profiles for mobile and computer management for Intune, GPO, and RMM.
- Extensive understanding and experience supporting an organization with clients that are Entra AD joined. Experience shifting organizations from hybrid to full cloud environments.
- Experience configuring policies for enterprise MS365 applications including Exchange Online, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Experience with AI tools to drive effective outputs and business value.
- Strong understanding of wireless protocols and optimizations, topologies, and common network issues and how to resolve them.
- Experience implementing cyber security tools to protect organizations, including enterprise Anti-Virus, EDR, email protection, intrusion prevention and zero trust.
- Experience managing and securing cloud storage for enterprises such as Box, OneDrive, and object storage.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the calendar year.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and storage.
