IT Support Lead

ABOUT THE JOB

 

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Lead to provide world class support to our employees. The position requires the ability to quickly resolve issues and effectively research solutions. The IT Support Lead will oversee day-to-day IT support tasks and be an escalation point for the Helpdesk Technician.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands-on, technical support via tickets and incoming calls. Ensure workload is distributed with other team members
  • Provide guidance and support to Helpdesk Technician in troubleshooting complex IT issues
  • Continuously seek opportunities to create long-term solutions for repetitive problems
  • Oversee projects related to our ticketing system, asset management, and hardware refresh cycles
  • Assist with day-to-day procurement of hardware, subscriptions, and ISP contracts. On a scheduled basis, review budget with IT Director and VP of IT
  • Ensure our knowledge base is up to date with new information relevant to our support scope
  • Manage the ticketing system, including workflow automation, ticket categories, escalations, and SLA enforcement
  • Manage event support, set up AV and live stream equipment
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, and embracing of emerging technologies

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

 

  • Customer focused professional comfortable working with staff at all levels
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT support, ideally recognized as the “go-to” technician to solve issues quickly.
  • Extensive understanding and experience supporting an organization with clients that are Azure AD joined.
  • Experience supporting enterprise O365 applications including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
  • Experience interpreting logs and alerts related to security threats or errors on client computers
  • Experience working with RMM tools for remote control of systems for support sessions
  • Experience with computer refresh projects
  • Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex issues in a timely manner
  • Agile, “can-do” team player with excellent communication skills. Has no problem rolling up the sleeves to find a way to complete the objective at hand
  • Occasional travel required for site assessments and hardware refresh projects
  • Experience managing a ticketing system. Experience with a modern cloud-based ticketing system a plus
  • Experience making IT purchases and keeping track of budgets
  • Core understanding of network infrastructure
  • Familiarity with mobile device management

The expected pay range for this role is $80,000 – $110,000 annually.

*The compensation will be commensurate with the level of knowledge, education, skills, and experience applicable to the position.

Contracts Paralegal

Duties & Responsibilities

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to handle a large breadth of duties, easily moving from one task to another with significant experience with contracts, corporate filings and managing databases.  In addition to the duties listed below, employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by the General Counsel.

 

  • Managing Bumble Bee’s contract management system including managing user setup and administration, system administration and workflows, requests for review,  contract lifecycles, running of reports, input of contract metadata, etc. Requires a general knowledge and ability to recognize typical contractual provisions (term, termination, renewal, non-compete, etc.).
  • Collaborate with members of the Legal team, IT department and internal users on improving contract management system.
  • Draft, review and revise standard contracts (e.g., NDAs, standard consultant agreements, etc.) with minimal attorney supervision.
  • Manage trademark database, including working with US, Canadian and international marketing departments on filings, renewals, oppositions, and other trademark matters; review corporate and marketing materials from IP perspective. Act as a liaison with outside IP counsel for trademark.
  • Prepare resolutions, officer’s certificates, compliance certificates, incumbency certificates and other corporate documents and other general assistance with corporate and finance transactions. Maintain board minutes, organizational documents, and corporate structure charts.
  • Liaison with consumer affairs to track and manage consumer complaints and responses.
  • Prepare, file, and maintain various corporate type filings.
  • Interface with many internal groups (e.g., Finance, Tax, Marketing) and outside counsel to provide corporate information and general corporate assistance.
  • Process and code legal invoices, review, file and organize various legal documents/communications.
  • Assist with litigation matters, including preparation of discovery responses, subpoena responses and acting as liaison for other requests from outside counsel.
  • Assist with corporate compliance and training matters, including FDA, antitrust, FCPA and other applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

Education/Experience/Skills Required

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-8 years’ experience within a small but fast paced corporate environment.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize issues and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work on projects independently or with little supervision. Flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities. Exercising independent judgment and initiative and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.

Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern

The Supply Chain Data Analytics Intern will be part of the analytics team to identify business improvement opportunities and aid in dashboard and reporting development. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a business or science degree or recent college graduates with a business or science degree. Prospective candidates should have a technical and analytical oriented mindset.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, or facilitate preparation of data analysis for business including the gathering of appropriate data and information.
  • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, provide data mapping for data warehouse / data lake process
  • Develop data visualizations, reports and interactive dashboards for data-driven recommendations and decisions in Power BI
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and document new and existing business processes
  • Manage DataMart library, App catalogue and training materials in SharePoint
  • Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams
  • Model, Visualize and manage workspaces and datasets in Power BI
  • Data analysis in Power BI
  • Support migration process of Qlik Reporting to Power BI

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or completed degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or relevant field
  • Flexible and adaptable to change; able to take high-level instructions to develop detailed approach to analytical assignments.
  • Basic understanding of data analytics methodology
  • Intermediate skillset in Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and other MS O365 applications
  • Intermediate math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra) and problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Compensation

The pay for this internship is $21.00 per hour.
