RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In-depth endpoint management, enforcing security, software and sustainment policies for Windows, iOS, and Android Intune enrolled devices
  • Administer enterprise IdP platforms, predominantly Microsoft Entra ID, handling user provisioning, group and role assignments, conditional access, and identity security controls to support SSO, MFA, and compliance requirements
  • Provide operational support and continuous optimization of on-prem and cloud network, server, and storage technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available services
    Serve as upper-tier escalation resource to help desk teams, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Provide administration and performance optimization of Azure services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL, Enterprise Applications, Universal Print, Recovery Services Vaults, and global Azure network load balancing
  • Work with application teams to secure and optimize CI/CD pipelines
  •  Work with application vendors to configure SSO (SAML/OIDC), including certificate lifecycle management and renewals
  • Provide networking and wireless assessments for optimization, ensure connections are secure and provide a seamless login experience for all devices including IoT, PLC, guest, and corporate assets
  •  Collaborate with site staff, project teams, as well as vendors, to implement changes to existing systems, and newly deployed systems for the business
  • Craft PowerShell scripts for bulk operations and continuously automate repetitive operations
  • Administer and fine‑tune cybersecurity platforms to enable rapid threat detection, investigation, and remediation across the environment
  • Up to 10% of required travel to several US and International facilities for site hardware rollouts and assessments
  • Patching and proactive maintenance, including after‑hours support and on‑call rotations as required

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of in-depth, hands-on experience in cloud, server, and advanced network administration. Any recent cloud or network certifications are preferred.
  • Extensive experience creating policies and configuration profiles for mobile and computer management for Intune, GPO, and RMM.
  • Extensive understanding and experience supporting an organization with clients that are Entra AD joined. Experience shifting organizations from hybrid to full cloud environments.
  • Experience configuring policies for enterprise MS365 applications including Exchange Online, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Experience with AI tools to drive effective outputs and business value.
  • Strong understanding of wireless protocols and optimizations, topologies, and common network issues and how to resolve them.
  • Experience implementing cyber security tools to protect organizations, including enterprise Anti-Virus, EDR, email protection, intrusion prevention and zero trust.
  • Experience managing and securing cloud storage for enterprises such as Box, OneDrive, and object storage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the calendar year.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Agile, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. Have no problem rolling up the sleeves to find a way to complete the objective at hand.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The A/R Specialist is to provide full collection activity on Trade AR, monitoring customer accounts and maintaining a healthy A/R aging and relationship with customers.  The A/R Specialist will work closely with Credit & Collections Analyst, Cash Application Specialist, and Trade Deductions department.

Essential Duties:

 

  • Responsible for maintaining all customer invoices on a daily basis to ensure they are submitting accordingly & efficiently.
  • Responsible for sending out Debit Memos to Bumble Bee and/or Anova customers upon request.
  • Prepare Customer Statement requests upon request of their account using SAP and excel to generate the report.
  • Responsible for all Credit Reference Request for other vendors inquiring about a current Bumble Bee or Anova Customer.
  • Responsible for generating Cash Discount Letters for specific customers who paid outside of the discount term.
  • Prepare Top 25 delinquent AR Reports on a weekly basis for the VP of Accounting
  • Diplomatically and assertively work with Bumble Bee customers to collect on aging invoices and maintain an aging report 2-3 times a week.
  • Full back up for Cash Application Specialist. This role will consist of running bank reports, applying cash to customers’ accounts and working with the deductions department.
  • Full back up for Credit & Collections Analyst – This role will consist of releasing credit holds based on the credit available on the customers’ accounts, new customer applications, analyzing existing customer’s accounts, assist Credit and Collections Analyst as requested.
  • Assist in accounting and audit projects for quarter and year-end audits with EY. This role will consist of working closely with the Credit & Collections Analyst by assisting with printing invoices, requesting proof of delivery (POD’s), and any other requests that may arise.
  • Proactively analyzing customer base to identify risk and ensure credit limits are appropriately set. This includes maintaining a communication channel with the sales department to identify slow paying customers and credit limit…
  • Stay in constant contact with our 3rd party credit agencies to identify potential at risk customers.
  • Ad hoc projects from management.

 

Education/Experience/Skills Required:

  • BA or BS degree preferred and two years’ experience in accounts receivable or collections.
  • Must possess intermediate-advanced PC skills in MS EXCEL (formulas, charts, graphs, V-Lookup). Intermediate knowledge OUTLOOK, WORD
  • Very professional oral and written communication skills.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, learn quickly, plan and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines, possess critical thinking and strong problem solving skills.
  • Must be willing to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • CPG/food industry experience is a plus.

Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Systems or Database Engineer to lead the architecture, setup, and ongoing support of our SCADA ecosystem. This role will focus on building a reliable and secure data infrastructure using Ignition, integrating it with Power BI and SharePoint to support real-time operations visibility and reporting across our facilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Ignition SCADA across our production environments.

• Design and manage backend databases supporting SCADA data collection and storage.

• Build and maintain data pipelines from Ignition to Power BI and SharePoint, ensuring clean, structured data for reporting and analysis.

• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to identify key data needs and translate them into functional dashboards and tools.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage updates, patches, and backups.

• Implement and maintain security protocols for both OT and IT components of the SCADA system.

• Document system architecture, SOPs, and change logs to ensure long-term maintainability.

 

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in data engineering, SCADA, or industrial systems (preferably using Ignition).

• Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, and data modeling in industrial environments.

• Proficient in Power BI, SharePoint, and enterprise reporting tools.

• Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and data pipelines (e.g., Airflow, ETL frameworks).

• Familiarity with network security and system architecture best practices in OT/IT environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and operational teams.
